Persona;ized hands-on cooking classes celebrating the vegetable kingdom and organic seasonal produce from farmers engaged in sustainable practices. Classes are held in a cozy "bohemian" apartment where a truly home-spun experience awaits the participant. After a stroll to the marketplace where bags will be filled with fresh ingredients, the morning is spent in a well-equiped, if cozy, kitchen stirring up a sumptuous 3-course meal of vegetarian dishes that draw on the exuberantly imaginative elegance of rustic Italian cuisine. Then participants sit down, dig in and enjoy the meal with a selection of natural wines hand picked and brought back from artisanal wineries in the Loire Valley.
