Musée des Arts et Métiers
The Musée des arts et métiers offers workshops for individuals and families. These activities are designed to introduce the process of innovation and invention techniques to solve problems of everyday life.
In the workshop, the manipulation stage results in a personal creation that the participants can take away with them. This stage is followed by a visit to the museum to appreciate the objects created and to set their approach in a contemporary technical, economic and human context to understand the choice of the innovator and the reasons for the success or economic failure of the invention.

Perfume Making Workshops

Take an introductory journey (1.5 hours) and enter a sensual world. The perfumer will guide you through the unique perfume organ. At the end of the workshop you can take home your creation, formula booklet and certificate.

Eighteen short courses (1-6 days) led by artisans engaged in sustainable development are offered for the first time in Seine-Saint-Denis as part of the Savoir Faire et Découverte (Know How and Discovery) network. Create decorative items, wooden furniture, jewellery, ethnic clothing, cosmetics, install an ecological garden or design a house using sustainable materials... all of these skills are taught by professionals who have chosen to share their passion with you either at their business premises or in another suitable location.

Spend three hours with Fificarton learning cardboard techniques or few worshop to create your own cardboard furniture.
Equipment and tools provided. Decorative items not provided. Suitable for non-French speakers, 4 - 6 participants.

Aroma-Zone
Uncover the joys of homemade cosmetics and aromatherapy and take part in Aroma-zone cosmetic workshops.
The workshops last three hours with classes of 6-8 people in a warm and family-friendly atmosphere.
An Aroma-Zone expert advises and teaches the students to use recipes formulated exclusively for the workshops to practice formulation techniques and make cosmetics. -
